The UKHSA Knowledge and Library Services (KLS) enquiry forms have migrated to GOV.UK

Use our new enquiry form which has migrated to GOV.UK and entered Public Beta. You do not need a login for the form, but will need to confirm your work email address.
If you want to request bespoke training, use our training form.

You can still request literature searches or advice on your own reviews, book training, and access evidence resources, but with improved navigation and accessibility.
